This weeks challenge went well. I managed to leave my phone outside the bedroom all week, which kept me from checking my email last thing at night and first thing in the morning. Not checking the second I woke up gave me a chance to ease into my day before I started dealing with whatever messages I received. It also meant that the few times I woke up in the middle of the night, it was easier to get back to sleep because I wasn't tempted to check on anything. The key with this challenge was that it helped me to realize that I don't need to have it with me all the time and that I can give myself the night off from technology. There isn't much else to say about this one, except that it can be amazing how easy it is to do things that I've known I should do for a long time when I finally set my mind to it.
